Who we are

CanMyRigRun.com is a free fan site operated by Aiuda Systems LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. Contact: hello@canmyrigrun.com.

What we collect

Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up. It is handled by beehiiv, which stores it and tracks email opens and clicks.
Spec checker: the specs you enter (CPU, GPU, RAM) are processed in your browser to show a result and are not linked to your identity.
Usage data: basic data (pages viewed, country, device, referrer) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal identifiers. Because of this we do not use a cookie banner.
Search data: Google Search Console gives us search data that does not identify visitors.

Affiliate links

Retailers such as Amazon may set cookies when you click an affiliate link so they can credit us for a sale. Their own privacy policies apply on their sites.

How we use data

To run the site, send the newsletter you asked for, see which pages help, and include sponsor messages in the newsletter. We do not sell your information and we do not share your email with sponsors.

Your choices

Unsubscribe through the link in any email. Email us to access, correct, or delete your data.

EU/UK residents

You have rights under the GDPR, including access, deletion, and objection, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information and will delete it if notified.

Where data is stored

Data may be stored in the United States and other countries.

If anything changes we will update this page and its date.
